DDA wants to hear from you about the waiver services!

DDA is preparing to renew the Basic Plus, Core, Community Protection & Children’s Intensive Behavioral Support Waivers and we want your input! Renewals occur every five years so it is important that we hear from you to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Waiver participants and their representatives are invited to share your experiences with the DDA waivers and:Tell us what works well for you.

  • Tell us what challenges you.

  • Tell us what we might change to provide better support.

Each event will be hosted using the webinar platform. DDA will provide a brief overview of proposed changes and the remainder of the meeting will be reserved for participants to give their feedback. Please see the GovDelivery message for the training dates and times.
