Tools 4 Success Conference

A free, in-person conference designed for transition youth, young adults, and community members who experience a disability to dream, imagine and shape their future! The conference focuses on career and college readiness to empower conference attendees who experience a disability. All of us need a circle of support. The Tools 4 Success Conference brings community members who experience a disability to share their lived experience, wisdom, insights, information, resources, and more! 


Blueprints for Special Education
